Any foodies out there? We thought so. Something tells us this one’s going to pique your interest.

Michelin Chef Vincenzo Guarino and Barolo chef de cuisine Amedeo Ferri will be joining forces for three days of Michelin-caliber cuisine at Barolo from November 24-26. Hailing from Italy, Chef Vincenzo has been cooking up a storm since he was a child and went on to work at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants both in Italy and abroad. In 2016, he was awarded his very own Michelin star as Executive Chef at the acclaimed Pievano restaurant.

Chef Vincenzo will be working his Michelin magic right here in Beijing with a 5-course set lunch menu and an 8-course set dinner menu, featuring shabu-shabu prawns with eggplant parmigiana, black cod marinated in tomato broth, strawberry sorbet, milk cream mousse and more.

If this sounds up your alley, you’re in luck because we’re giving away the chance for one lucky reader to experience this special 5-course set lunch at Barolo.

Fri-Sun Nov 24-26, 11.30am-2pm (lunch), 6-10pm (dinner); 5-course lunch on Nov 25-26 is RMB688 net per person and RMB388 net per person for 3 wines pairings; 8-course dinner on Nov 24-26 is RMB1,288 net per person and RMB388 net per person for 3 wines pairings. Barolo (The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing), see event listing.
